Meet the people behind the support, service and guidance for the world’s largest professional blog network.
Drawing on a wide array of skill-sets, the LexBlog Client Services Team understands that developing relationships and offering genuine guidance is essential to social media success and brings that philosophy to bear in partnering with the more than 5,600 authors on The LexBlog Network.
At LexBlog, Client Services is not an afterthought but instead a core component of what we do, and one that isn’t driven by quick impermanent fixes or impersonal overly-mechanical efficiency. Instead, it’s about teaching and being proactive, working with authors to find their individual inspiration for publishing engaging content geared towards developing positive and productive relationships.
With Please Advise, we practice what we preach. While we do have experience with our own online publications, we want to share with the public the philosophies and strategies we practice on a day-to-day basis. On this publication, you can expect to find, amongst other things, keen guidance on social media best practices, actionable advice for blogging professionals and insight on new tools available for the technologically-savvy professional.

Lyda Hawes joined LexBlog in October 2010 from Cobalt, where she managed teams of Account Managers and Search Engine Optimization specialists, who supported the online marketing efforts of over 5000 automotive dealership websites. Lyda loves to write and, for her, putting her thoughts into writing transforms them into real ideas. She also has an innate curiosity about people of all walks of life. She is motivated in her job by learning what makes people tick, how they think, what they want or need, and how she can help them. She has used that passion and drive over her 19 year career as a software trainer, a client escalation manager, a product development manager, and then turned around and managed teams who provide those services. It seems only natural for her to pair her interest in writing and passion for people together into a blog, especially one designed to serve the needs of our clients. Email Lyda.
